Assembly Station and Blueprints
The Assembly Station is the crafting station for the big items in the game. It's a one-of-a-kind object (like the Worktable) and cannot be created.
Moving and Upgrading
You are able to move and upgrade the Assembly Station from the A&G Construction Catalog. When you click on the Move button, an overhead view of the Workshop will appear, allowing you to move the Station to what you want to place it.

The Assembly Station is able to be upgraded twice. As a minimum, you will need a Level 2 Assembly Station, as this will allow to complete many missions. As you upgrade the Assembly Station, it will increase in size. If you upgrade to a Level 3 Assembly station, there will be two sides to it. The left-hand side will be an automated construction side - meaning you can create multiple of a single blueprint. Assembling a Level 1 Blueprint will take 45 minutes, Level 2 takes 1 hours. In order to use the automated assembling, all of the materials that are needed must be available.
All manual crafting of items are instant, as long as all of the materials have been placed.
You will have to provide the materials that are required to upgrade the Assembly Station, and there is a price to pay for the upgrade. There are relationship perks that can decrease the cost of upgrading though:
- Becoming a Buddy with Albert will decrease the material cost by 10%
- Become a Buddy with Gust will reduce the Gols cost by 3%, and 6% if you are Gust's lover.
This is beneficial due to the achievement related to getting married to Gust.
Upgrades
These are base rate upgrades, and do not take into account any relationship perks.
Level 2 Assembly Station
- 20 x Iron Bars
- 20 Stone Brick
- 5000 Gols
At a minimum, you will need access to the Abandoned Ruins #2. So you must have completed the mission Bridge to Amber Island. Iron Bars can be crafted in a Civil Furnace, and Stone Brick can be crafted in any type of Furnace.
Level 3 Assembly Station
- 20 Hard Aluminium
- 1 Construction Crane
- 2 Silicon Chipset
- 50000 Gols
Getting to Level 3 is a big task, requiring a lot of work.
The Hard Aluminium can only be smelted in an Electric Furnace. Obtaining Aluminium Ore requires you to mine at either the Desert Abandoned Ruins or the Somber Marsh Abandoned Ruins.
A Construction Crane isn't too difficult to craft once you've obtained the blueprint, which is done during the Construction Crane mission. It costs 6 Data Discs.
Silicon Chipsets are mined in the Somber Marsh Abandoned Ruins, or bought for 3 Data Discs from the Research Center Exchange.
Upgrading to Level 3 really isn't necessary, so only do this if you really want to.
Blueprints by Assembly Station Level
To build any of these items, you need to have the required materials in your inventory bar, and you then have to have the material selected to place it. If you do not, it will not work, and the game will tell you that you need to have the material selected.
Any items that just say a number of data discs needed means that you need to give the required number of data discs to Petra in the Research Center. You can only get one blueprint from her at any one time, with the exception being mission blueprints, which can be done alongside any non-mission blueprints.
